We have recently completed over two months of housing, so we will be moving some of our existing units into our new housing complex this January. We are also doing some renovations for new apartments, and in the meantime, we are making renovations to our existing tenants’ property to make them more comfortable. The number one thing you should never do to get a place you’re very passionate about is create a beautiful home.
If looking for a perfect place where you can live, start from top to bottom, and you’ll never find a place where I can’t make a difference. It’s simply too hard, and your lifestyle and environment are too important for you to lose.
This is the reality I see every day. My personal experiences have been a disaster, because I didn’t have the time and resources to create the place I wanted to be. I have the resources, the time and the money, but no vision of what I want, no understanding of what I want to create. I have failed as a person. My dream is one that always has been elusive in my head.
In my last year in the process, my home was turned down by an individual I loved, and there was a time when I wondered if I could bring it back to life. I asked myself questions regarding why I wanted to live in Chicago, and it came to me.
When your goals come into focus, don’t waste your time. Don’t make the same mistake over and over again.
